Academia EHO

Diagnosis points at the problem. Training is the proof that you acted.

NR-1 does not only ask you to identify psychosocial risk — it requires you to correct it. Academia EHO is where correction happens and stays documented: every course arises from a risk factor the diagnostic can detect, and every completion generates the evidence of training the standard demands. Here the cycle closes: EHO shows what to fix, teaches how to fix it and evidences that it was fixed.

Every course answers a real risk factor.

The EHO diagnostic does not return a generic result. It identifies which organisational phenomena are present — out of the 24 risk factors the method maps — and in which areas.

From there, the company assigns the right people to the right courses: those who live with the problem receive the training that corrects it. This is not off-the-shelf training: it is targeted intervention, tied to what was measured.

And every completion becomes a record — the documentation of the corrective action that protects the company before labour inspection and the courts.

Learning that shows, not just explains.

The courses use dramatised real situations — scenes from everyday working life that make the learning concrete and recognisable, instead of a lecture. Content that is objective, to the point and designed for the routine of working people.

At the end, an assessment confirms that the content has been absorbed. Completion generates a corporate training certificate, with a participation record and an authentication code.

From contract to certificate.

01
The company buys the places

By monthly subscription or by tokens (one per participant), according to volume.

Contract
02
The company assigns each employee

To the course matching the factor detected in their area, providing name, CPF (Brazilian taxpayer number) and email.

Assignment
03
The employee logs in

They receive an email invitation, set their own password and enter the environment — where they see only the courses assigned to them. They can pause and resume where they left off.

Access
04
The certificate is issued

On completion with the minimum pass mark, automatically: one copy for the company (the evidence of training) and one for the employee.

Evidence

A certificate that holds up.

To serve as evidence, a certificate has to be more than a handsome piece of paper. Academia EHO certificates carry an auditable record of participation and results, plus an authentication code — so that completion can be verified and cannot be forged.

That traceability is what turns "we ran a training session" into proof that the corrective action actually took place.
